Along the coast of the Baltic Sea of Lithuania, Galbiati 1946, in collaboration with a local architect, designed and supplied the interiors of this Liberty-style villa. The combination of designer and made-to-measure furniture was used in order to create functional environments and an overall harmonious result.
Galbiati 1946 designed and supplied the furniture, surfaces, lighting, materials, and contemporary artwork. The art curation was done by Oxana Maleeva of Artapart. The artworks were selected in order to match and add value to the interiors. The brands chosen for the interior design are: Minotti, Poliform, Flou, Natevo, Desiree, Kartell, Tisettanta, Pedini, Meridiani, Kerakoll, and Gessi. The brands chosen for the lighting: Flos, Pents, and Fontana Arte, while fabrics and curtains are by Decortex. All made-to-measure furniture was made by Galbiati’s workshop. LIVING AREA: luxurious materials and bronze finishes contribute to the creation of the warm atmosphere of the living area. The artwork of a young artist, whose work was inspired by the local landscapes, contributes to the color of the space. HALLWAY: the curvy and modern wooden staircase link all floors harmoniously. KITCHEN: all details have been meticulously studied and designed for the large kitchen. BEDROOMS: the bedroom is permeated by the warm tones of beige gray that conduct you to the ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a modern walk-in closet, a lounge area, and a desk that overlooks the park.
